Rates

• $120 per session. A typical session lasts 45-50 minutes.

• This rate includes child/adolescent treatment sessions, adult sessions, and parent meetings.​

​Insurance & Additional Information​

• I currently accept insurance from: Blue Cross Blue Shield and United.

• If your I am not in-network with your insurance company I can provide you with a Superbill. A Superbill is an itemized form for reflecting rendered services. The Superbill is the main data source for creation of a healthcare claim, which will be submitted to payers (insurances, funds, programs) for reimbursement.

• I accept payments from HSA and FSA.
